Orders are normally prepared within 1–2 business days. The order cutoff is Weekdays 5 PM Pacific Time. Orders submitted after the cutoff begin processing on the next business day. Weekends and public holidays are not business days.

Clause 2 — Delivery estimates and tracking

Estimated delivery is 3–5 business days after processing. Available tracking information is sent to the contact details supplied at checkout. Carrier events, severe weather, address issues, and events outside our control can affect an estimate.

Clause 4 — Shipping area and address accuracy

We currently describe service for United States. Customers must enter a complete and deliverable address. Checkout availability and the final shipping amount control when a destination is not eligible.

Clause 5 — Shipping cost

Free Standard shipping is available on all eligible orders with no minimum order amount. Estimated delivery is 3–5 business days after processing.
